Binge Week Soccer!
Happy Friday! We're excited about next week's "Binge Week Soccer," wanted to pass along some info as we head into the weekend...
• This special soccer-themed week will feature the new 2022 World Cup Projection Set, the new Soccer Blast PLAAY Mat, and the return of the re-formatted Soccer Blast "How-To" guide. We'll also bring back the 2018 World Cup (projection set) cards for an encore, and offer the Soccer Blast game at 20% off, $39 postage-paid (for US delivery--International Delivery will have the sale price with the standard postal surcharge).
• We'll have two video streams next week, we're going to feature the new '22 World Cup projection set in both of them. Monday's stream (09.19.22), we'll conduct a pre-PLAAY of the entire Group Stage using the team cards and Universal Instant Results grid that come with the set. We'll narrow it down to the championship match which we'll full-play on Thursday's stream (09.25.22).
• Shout out to John Bergeron who worked tirelessly to create the ratings for the new World Cup cards! Great guy that he is, John's arranged it so that the 22nd person who purchases the set get it for FREE! (See what he did there? ‘22 World Cup, 22nd person? We'll process the refund on John's behalf!)
• We mentioned in the August PLAAY Connect that Binge Week Soccer would begin Monday 09.19.22, but we will actually plan to go live with everything Sunday evening around 10pm MDT (which is midnight EDT, technically 09.19.22!).
• The 2022 projection set will be available as both a printed set and a PDF and will contain all 32 teams in this year's tournament. There will also be a subset of 12 non-qualifier teams, available as a free PDF download. If you like, you can upgrade your printed set for an additional $10 and we'll print the twelve bonus teams for you and include them with the base set.
• The 2018 set re-print will only be available as a printed set, this is to honor a promise we made back in 2018 to international customers who purchased the printed set. The 2018 set will be available ONLY through next week, Sunday 09.25.22.
